I am overjoyed to announce that Coast to Coast Conferences & Events (CTC) has been honored as WBEC-West’s Corporation of the Year! This accolade is a glowing testament to the collective hard work, dedication, and passion of my fantastic team, who never cease to impress me with their commitment to excellence.
It is essential to pause and reflect on this massive achievement, which mirrors the exponential growth CTC has experienced, leading us to where we stand today.
A Focus on Goals and Culture
One key factor I attribute our success to is our commitment to goals – not only for our clients but also within our internal culture. For the first time, CTC hosted not one but TWO staff retreats this year, thanks to Jennifer Darling, our marketing and business coach.
These retreats provided an open forum to dissect every aspect of CTC. We discussed minor issues, upcoming challenges, and potential roadblocks identified by various team members. These sessions proved to be an excellent platform for proactive problem-solving, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

I am profoundly grateful for my A-Team! I’d like to give a special shoutout to Calli France, Susannah d’Arcy, Krystal Bordner, Steve Moss, Madeleine Monroe, and Manny Estrada. While defining our goals was a significant step, the real work lay in achieving them. The journey to our current success has been a group effort marked by relentless dedication and a shared vision.

CTC will celebrate its 30th year of business in 2024! For almost three decades now, CTC has been a trailblazer in strategic conference planning and innovative event technologies. We provide a broad spectrum of event planning services, consistently delivering cost savings ranging from 15% to 40% for our clients. Our team is committed to thinking outside the box, devising creative solutions that address our client’s unique needs while giving them back their valuable time.
The Corporation of the Year award by WBEC-West is a prestigious accolade, judged on stringent criteria including robust sales history, efficient internal operations, and active involvement in the WBENC and the WBEC-West communities. This recognition underlines our consistent performance, operational excellence, employee and client-centric culture, and committed participation in promoting women-owned businesses.
