Coast to Coast Conferences and Events (CTC) is a national conference, tradeshow, and consulting firm located in Southern California. For 20+ years we have provided services for up to 10,000 attendees and projects of $8M for companies like Toyota, the City of Los Angeles, and Wells Fargo. CTC is one of the 2% of event planning companies that are a CERTIFIED Virtual Meeting and Event management company. Our virtual and online services include event strategies and consulting services, meeting, conference and tradeshow management, streaming, technical services, platform buildout and management, speaker and sponsor services, attendee engagement, and fundraisers and auctions.
In preparation for hybrid and in-person events post-pandemic, we became certified in Pandemic Meeting and Event Design and are producing hybrid and in-person events. We have the knowledge and expertise to provide in-person event design strategies and safety compliance protocols.

National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees 2021 Virtual Training Conference
The National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE) was established in 1978 in an effort to provide a network for Hispanic employees of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Aviation Industry. It became a national organization in 1983.
Since its inception, NHCFAE focuses on advocating career placement and advancement through support, education and alliances.
One of the many ways that the NHCFAE aids its members is through an annual training conference. This conference remained in place even with the uncertainty of COVID-19, and took many innovative first steps to ensure the conference remained available for members. The conference was hosted over three days, with 6 -7 hours of content per day. With the virtual aspect, it was found necessary to shorten the conference to allow the attendees to balance the needs of work and family.
The conference featured industry relevant content, including the general business meeting, emphasis on emotional well being, and connecting with others through speed networking. Attendees and stakeholders reported leaving the conference with a positive experience and expressed that they would be attending again in the future.
