Our commitment

Coast to Coast Conferences & Events aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on this website.

What we’ve done

• Body text on our main pages (home, services, about, past events and case studies) meets a color contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
• You can zoom in on every page on a phone or tablet.
• Meaningful images have text descriptions (alt text).
• Each page has one main heading, with section headings beneath it.
• Our pages are built to work at phone width, and the full menu and phone number show on phones.
• We check new and rebuilt pages against these points before they go live.

Known limits

• A few colored headings and buttons, such as the pink highlight words in our page titles and the Request a Proposal button, are below that contrast ratio. We are fixing them.
• Some older blog posts and downloadable PDFs may not fully meet these standards yet. We are updating older pages as we go.
• Our contact form and meeting scheduler are provided by HubSpot, and some event registration sites we link to are run by other companies. We can’t fully control their accessibility, but we’ll help you another way (see below).

Accessibility at our events

Accessibility is part of how we plan the events we manage. Our planning covers inclusive design, clear wayfinding and ADA-compliant signage where it’s needed, and our project manager answers attendees’ accessibility, dietary and other accommodation requests before the event. If you’re attending an event we manage and need an accommodation, tell the event’s organizer or contact us.
