Event Objective

Building on the momentum of our partnership since 2022, the NICA 2024 Annual Conference set ambitious goals to continue its upward growth trajectory. Key objectives included:

  • Achieving a profitable outcome by keeping expenses within budget

    • 2024: 1,131 registrants
    • 2023: 947 registrants
    • 2022: 767 registrants

    The conference achieved a 92% satisfaction rate among participants, highlighting its success in providing value to attendees.

    The event was profitable, with expenses managed effectively to stay below projections. Exhibitor participation was strong, with 122 booths sold, creating a vibrant exhibit hall that drove interactions. Additionally, the introduction of the Viva Vegas Challenge gamification initiative added excitement and significantly boosted attendee engagement.
