The Longines Masters is a famous equestrian competition that happens in three cities: Hong Kong, Paris, and Los Angeles. The events include exciting show-jumping contests, entertainment, and lifestyle activities.

Event Objective

Gearing up for an exciting 12-day event in Long Beach, and the planning team needed expert event management to pull it off. Imagine the scene: over 10,000 attendees daily, 400 stunning horses, VIP guests, press coverage, exhibit booths, elegant receptions, and a bustling onsite horse village. With so much going on, planning such a large-scale event was no small feat—especially with just three months to get everything ready!

CTC faced several challenges leading up to the event, including:

• Supply issues related to water and waste management.
• Securing innovative equipment, such as linear LED walls.

The Results

CTC assembled all key decision-makers to quickly establish an event timeline and make critical decisions. The horse village, accommodating 400 horses, required efficient waste management solutions to comply with city regulations.
