The LACDA Community Meetings are hybrid events designed to bring together residents across Los Angeles County. These sessions address critical topics such as housing and infrastructure, offering both in-person and virtual formats to maximize accessibility and inclusivity.
Event Objective
Building on our long-standing partnership with LACDA, we set out to deliver a five-day event that would:
- Engage a Diverse Audience: Ensure accessibility for community members with language and format inclusivity.
- Boost Participation: Increase the event’s attendance, both in-person and online.
- Foster Interaction: Encourage real-time engagement through Q&A sessions, live polls, and community discussions.
- Ensure Accessibility: Seamlessly coordinate language support for Vietnamese, Spanish, and ASL participants.
